Are all of your products authentic?

Yes, all of our products are authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturers. 

Are your used items actually used?

Our used items are most often customer returns that cannot be sold again in new condition. This is because they are no longer in their original packaging or show some signs of wear like scuffing. Occasionally, we will list something that has signs of being used but is still in good condition. 

We inspect every return and do not list items as used that are known to be broken or missing critical parts.
