Where does Ourland Outdoor ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to PR or internationally.

What is the cost of shipping?

Many of our items ship for no cost. However, some larger items are excluded from the free shipping option. 

Faster shipping is available at an additional cost. You can see the cost by adding the item to your cart and entering your shipping address information. Once this is complete you will be presented with the shipping options available for your item and address.

* Free shipping is valid in the contiguous US only (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). 

How long does shipping take?

Orders that are placed prior to 2:00pm ET are typically shipped that day. Orders placed after 2:00pm may not be shipped until the next day.

Our free standard shipping option takes 3-5 days to arrive. Other paid shipping options are available if you need your order sooner. 

What Shipping options does Ourland Outdoor offer?

We currently offer a free standard shipping option for most items. Depending on the item and your location, you may have the option to pay for updated 2-day or overnight shipping. We currently use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship orders. The carrier that is selected for your order is decided based on the item size and your location. 

If you require a package to be sent with a certain carrier, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery date estimates will be displayed to you during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we prioritize shipping as quickly as possible to avoid delays. 

Delays may occur with oversized items that need to be shipped with a freight service.

What is Corso Shipping Protection? 

We have partnered with Corso Shipping Protection to help with lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Corso can help you create a claim so you can get a replacement or reimbursement. 

Corso Shipping Protection will automatically be added to your order at checkout. You can opt out of this service, however, your order will no longer be protected if it is lost or stolen. We are not able to provide refunds or replacements for this issues if you choose to opt out.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If you have Corso Shipping Protection on your order, you can submit a claim by going to app.corso.com/ourland-outdoor. 

Can I change my shipping address on my order? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We ship orders quickly and it is not always possible to change the address, but we can let you know your options.
